Your PIN is recoverable through your secure customer account with us, linked to proof of vehicle ownership. There is also a built-in emergency recovery process. We'll provide full details at the point of installation so you always have a route back if you ever need it.

Yes. Every Ghost Protect installation includes an official Autowatch installation certificate issued in your name, confirming the device, vehicle, and date of fitting. This is the document your insurer may ask for.

Yes, we recommend notifying your insurer. As a vehicle modification (even a beneficial one), you should declare it to keep your policy valid. In most cases, insurers view the Ghost positively and it may reduce your premium rather than increase it.

Yes. We offer 0% interest finance through Payment Assist, splitting your installation cost into four equal monthly payments. There's no credit check, approval is instant at the point of booking, and the total you pay is exactly the quoted price — no interest, no fees.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and Payment Assist for those who'd like to spread the cost over four months interest-free.

Payment is due on the day of installation once the work is complete and you're satisfied. If you're using Payment Assist, your first instalment is collected on the day of installation and the remaining three follow monthly by direct debit.
