Please read these terms carefully before placing a booking with Ghost Protect. By submitting an enquiry or booking an installation, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Ghost Protect Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. We provide mobile installation of the Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser and related vehicle security products across the UK mainland.

We offer mobile installation of the Autowatch Ghost II CAN-bus immobiliser and optional Thatcham-approved GPS tracker bundles at an address of your choosing — your home, workplace, or other agreed location within the UK mainland.
All installations are carried out by Autowatch-authorised engineers. We will confirm vehicle compatibility before taking payment.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate. The price confirmed at the time of booking is fixed and will not change unless you subsequently alter the scope of work (for example, by adding a tracker bundle).
Payment is due on completion of the installation unless a finance arrangement (Payment Assist) or deposit scheme has been agreed in writing. We accept major debit and credit cards and bank transfer.
Finance options are provided by Payment Assist Ltd, a third party. Their own terms apply to any finance agreement.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email or phone as soon as possible.
You must ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed address for the full duration of the installation (approximately 2 hours). If the vehicle is unavailable on arrival through no fault of ours, a call-out fee may apply.
You confirm that you are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or that you have the registered keeper's written permission to have the device installed.
The Ghost Immobiliser connects to your vehicle's CAN-bus data network. No wiring is cut. The installation is reversible and is designed not to affect your manufacturer warranty. However, we recommend you notify your insurer of the installation.
You are responsible for remembering your PIN sequence. We will provide guidance on PIN recovery at the time of installation. Ghost Protect accepts no liability for loss of access to your vehicle resulting from a forgotten PIN where recovery procedures have not been followed.
You must not share your PIN sequence with unauthorised persons. You are responsible for the security of your PIN.
The Autowatch Ghost Immobiliser carries a manufacturer's warranty. Details will be provided in your installation certificate. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.
Warranty claims do not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, third-party modification, or failure to follow operating instructions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Protect's total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the installation.
We are not liable for: indirect or consequential loss; loss of earnings or business; vehicle theft that occurs as a result of you sharing your PIN or disabling the device; or any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
All content on our website — including text, images, logos and code — is owned by or licensed to Ghost Protect Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without our written permission.
The Autowatch Ghost and associated trademarks are the property of Autowatch Ltd.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking you confirm you have read and understood how we use your data.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. Material changes will be communicated to customers with active bookings by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
